Business Division

    Sincere Pioneer has accumulated 20~30 year experiences of making shoes machines.  We know what customers demanded, what customers approved. We dedicated to fit the market of customers’ requires, the common problem was to change the shoe types on the assembling line, and it might decrease the production, so we developed the toe lasting machine which can achieve to “Quick and Easy change for Multiple toe lasts shapes”, our purpose was to decrease the time on the adjustments of the toe-lasting machine when change different shoe types to increase the production, and that’s what customers want. “The differences between innovate” is our main target to rise the satisfaction of customers, we’ll never stop and keep working no matter on innovation of the product or the perfection of service.

Fire Extinguishing Apparatus Division

    Using advanced technique of the world to develop this product. Cooperating with Taiwan Techniques, we have developed mobile high pressure water mist/foam extinguishing equipment. This product has passed the test of National Quality Supervise Center of Fire-fighting Equipment and applied for many patents from Chinese and European Intellectual Property Office. Water mist fire suppression is the most scientific and advanced method in the current world and it has not been commonly applied yet, especially the water mist plus and foam extinguish agent developed by our company with better firefighting effects. Our company has three fire extinguishing devices in mobile, vehicular and fixed types.

   

⑴      Mobile high pressure water mist/foam extinguishing equipment: ZGW/PYQ23-09, ZGW/PYQ20-7 and ZGW/PYQ13-5 series which can be moved by hands with high mobility and it’s suitable to located in different kinds of factory, Hotel, petrol station and storage etc.

⑵      Vehicular high pressure water mist/foam extinguishing equipment: ZGW/PYQ23-09A series can be loaded on pickups, which is widely appraised and used by Shenzhen fire brigade, Nansha, Panyu fire brigade, Nanan, Fujian fire brigade and Hsinchu, Taiwan fire brigade and Tong Xiao fire brigade.

    Some similar products from other company or imported have to adjust the engine revolution by manual, and should be at least two people to control the machine.    

    The vehicular high pressure water mist/foam extinguishing equipment can automatically increase the revolution of the engine when spraying, and restore to normal after spray, so it only need one man to control. (Fire brigade needs: automatically increase the engine revolution when spraying)  

⑶ The features of fixed high pressure water mist/foam extinguishing equipment:

     ① With fixed mainframe, it is driven by motor, which shall be connected with independent power supply in case of current failure in firefighting.

     ② Pipelines must adopt seamless steel pipes. Key fire protection places can be equipped with many reels and spray gun.

     ③ This machine is equipped with water tank. When there is insufficient water, it will alarm.

     ④ Hold up the spray gun in firefighting. The motor will start automatically when triggered and the fire will be extinguished immediately. With automatic equipment, the operation is very easy.

3、Vibration Reducer Department:

(1) The vibration reducer can reduce the vibrations while the machine’s working, which could protect the floor structure and increase serving time of the machine, on the other hand, the vibration reducer is made by aerospace technology components and it has been patented by state intellectual property office of the P.R.C.

(2) The vibration reducer has been tested by Yue Yuen Industrial (Holdings) Limited, and the Chinese Testing Technology Research Institute. Compare with the machine does not install the vibration reducer; it could reduce 89%, 86%, 92% of vibration after installed. (With certifications).

(3) The vibration reducer has three different models, SP-VR1, SP-VR2, SP-VR3.

(4) The vibration reducer could be customized depend on the weight of the machine or customer’s need.
